ABOUT ALEX

I’ve always looked at homes a little differently.

My interest in art and architecture started early. As a kid, I used to build model homes for fun — thinking about their shape, layout and how the spaces fit together.

That curiosity never really left.

Today, it shapes the way I approach real estate. I notice the things that aren't always captured in a listing: light, flow, proportion, character and the relationship between a home and the neighbourhood around it.

Design has to work for real life.

I’m raising a family in Toronto, so I know a home has to do more than photograph well.

It has to handle busy mornings, hockey bags, dinners around the table, dogs coming in from the rain and all the routines that gradually turn a house into home.

That’s why I’m interested in more than whether a property looks good.

I want to understand how it will actually feel to live there.

A different way of looking at real estate.

For buyers, that means looking beyond bedrooms, bathrooms and finishes to understand how a home might really work for your life.

For sellers, it means understanding what makes a home distinctive and building the positioning, preparation, photography and story around it.

Because where you live shapes how you live.
